Direction Home of Eastern Ohio offers classes designed to empower you to manage your own health by equipping you with skills in stress-management, decision-making, communication, healthy eating, symptom control and more. All classes meet weekly for 6 to 12 weeks.
Powerful Tools for Caregivers
Helps caregivers cope with challenges; teaches skills for dealing with difficult emotions and making tough caregiving decisions.

Senior Olympics
Held annually for people aged 50 and older; events include bowling, track & field, golf, pickleball and more. Sound fun? It is!
