Direction Home of Eastern Ohio Seeks Public Input on Strategic Area Plan
Direction Home of Eastern Ohio will present its draft 2027-2030 Strategic Area Plan and Direct Service Waiver Request for OAA Title III-D – Evidence-Based Programs at a public hearing, 10am-11:30am, July 8, 2026.
Direction Home of Eastern Ohio is requesting a Direct Service Waiver for OAA Title III-D Evidence Based Programs on the provision of such services by the AAA is necessary to assure an adequate supply of such services. DHEO has utilized Title III-D funding to support our Wellness Coordinator to fill in the gaps of services. This includes becoming the trained trainer for various evidence-based programs and providing the appropriate guidance from the State. DHEO is requesting $61,900 for the Direct Service Waiver.
