Direction Home of Eastern Ohio enhances the quality of life for older adults and people with disabilities by offering and coordinating services that allow them to live safely in the place they choose to call ‘home.’
As a nonprofit organization, we offer long-term services, education and support to Medicaid recipients and qualifying individuals of all ages.
From personal care, transportation and home-delivered meals for older adults and people with disabilities, to wellness classes, caregiver support and Medicaid assistance for qualifying individuals of all ages, we offer a variety of free and low-cost resources to keep you happy, healthy and safe.
An alternative to nursing home care that helps financially eligible individuals aged 59 and younger, including children, who have significant healthcare needs due to a disabling condition.
Direction Home of Eastern Ohio is a private, non-profit organization that helps older adults and people with disabilities maintain their health, happiness and independence in the place they want to call ‘home.’
We also offer long-term services and supports to Medicaid recipients and qualifying individuals of all ages in Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning And Trumbull Counties.
